This is a subcontractor agreement that I developed after wading through many similar documents available online. Although most subcontractors that I know would never bother to use anything more formal than a handshake, this type of agreement may come in handy for someone at some point. I really like that you put this on the web to help guys like me getting started contracting, but I was surprised you dont have anything about insurance, liability, responsibilities, etc. in the agreement. Do you have that in a separate contract?
